Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified.
Standard processing time is typically 1–5 business days for in-stock items.
Lead times for special-order, factory-built, or customized equipment may vary depending on manufacturer availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
Express Courier: 3–10 business days
Air Freight: 5–15 business days
Sea Freight: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Inspection
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is defective upon arrival.
The wrong item was shipped.
The product was damaged during transit.
Prior written authorization has been obtained from Global Test Store.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Special-order products
Factory-customized equipment
Calibrated instruments
Software licenses
Consumables and accessories
Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact our sales or support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be in original condition
Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation
Show no signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

Products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty should be handled according to the applicable warranty policy of the manufacturer.
